Luong Van Can students visit Vinamilk Factory

On the morning of Thursday, September 12, 2019, Lương Van Can (LVC) students and students from VietHope Scholarship Fund had a memorable business visit at Vinamilk Factory – one of the leading food enterprises in Vietnam. This is the first time that Luong Van Can Fund (LVCF) has attended a full-day company tour.

At the beginning of the program, the representative of Human Resources Department of Vinamilk Corp made a brief introduction about the company’s products, achievements and recruitment process. Through their sharing, the students had more insightful knowledge about “Six cultural principles” – the foundation of Vinamilk’s sustainable development in many years. Those principles are: Responsibility, Creativity, Proactivity, Collaboration, Integrity and Excellence. In addition to enticing knowledge, the students also had the chance to explore the layout of each department and the “green and open” working space at Vinamilk Tower.

In the afternoon program, the scholarship recipients paid a visit to Vinamilk’s Mega Factory – one of the three largest dairy factories in the world. Here, they had the opportunity to observe the huge-scale automation process, from sterilization to activities at the Smart Warehouse – where LGV robots conducted the transportation automatically. They were excited to witnessing these impressive production lines.

This is the first company visit of LVCF in the new semester and also the first time Vinamilk organizes a tour for educational organizations. The enthusiasm and dedication of Vinamilk staffs have left the students with many memorable memories and lessons.
