Staff training: Personal financial management

Billionaire Warren Buffett once said, “If you buy things you don’t need, sooner or later you’ll have to sell things you need.”

The question “how to make revenue and expenditure effective?” is not just one’s business. To answer that, on Monday morning, November 4, 2019, Luong Van Can Fund held a training session called “Personal Financial Management – Understand and do it right” with the guidance of Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat, co-founder of Heo Dat Mama – personal finance training and consulting group, also a familiar speaker to LVC students. However, participants this time are not LVC students anymore, instead they are representatives from:

– VietHope Scholarship Fund

– Dieu Nguoc Gio Organization

– Chum Fellows Project

– One Life Connection Organization

– Health Innovation Research Center

This is the first time the LVCF organizes training for members of other social organizations. The session helped the Fund’s Board of Directors and participants understand how to effectively manage their finances with many interesting lessons and exercises.
