Building on the success of the previous academic year 2021-2022, Luong Van Can Fund is enthusiastic about organizing a series of training sessions entitled “Project Management Skills” for students. This year’s program, focusing on Teamwork (Work Management and Conflict Resolution), is led by Mr. Ta Thai Minh Phuc – Workforce Training Lead Cum L&D Partner. 

The program is conducted online in two sessions, enabling students from across the country to participate and engage in discussions. During the sessions, Mr. Phuc shared his personal insights into operating and working within a group. He emphasized the pivotal role of the project leader in coordinating and guiding the team towards achieving a common goal, while also highlighting the individual responsibility of each team member. 

Through this intensive training session, Luong Van Can Fund aims to equip students with valuable information and feedback from the speaker, helping them find effective solutions to implement Community Service projects and navigate team conflicts, thereby increasing project efficiency. 

Luong Van Can Fund extends its gratitude to Mr. Ta Thai Minh Phuc for his invaluable contributions to these two enlightening training sessions. The Fund hopes for the opportunity to continue receiving his guidance in future intensive training programs.
