Outstanding Community Project, Academic year 2022-202

The Community Project holds a significant place within the Luong Van Can Fund (LVCF), serving as a platform for students to enhance their teamwork and planning skills, while orchestrating and executing projects. This initiative also allows them to garner practical insights into the communities requiring assistance and the prevalent issues necessitating attention within Vietnam. LVCF is dedicated to instilling the ethos of altruism and contributing to the growth of both the community and society, even as the students themselves face personal challenges.

During the academic year 2022-2023, the Community Project witnessed the registration of 18 diverse project ideas in various formats. These projects were categorized into two distinct groups of activities:

  • Individual or student-group initiatives
  • Collaborative endeavors with social organizations

Throughout the program, Luong Van Can Fund remained a constant companion, supporting groups in realizing their ideas and tackling real-world challenges head-on. After a dedicated span of 6 months, the program culminated, showcasing projects in the closing ceremony that effectively met the program’s evaluation criteria. These criteria encompassed:

For individual/group student projects:

  • Achievement of pre-set team or individual objectives
  • Demonstration of advancements and operational methodologies that heighten activity efficiency beyond previous levels
  • Resolution of specific community-based queries or issues

For students engaged in supporting activities within social organizations:

  • Fulfillment of stipulated organizational requirements
  • Receipt of feedback from instructors or supervisors during the tenure of activity at these organizations

Let us now delve into a glimpse of the 13 exceptional projects that have materialized within the scope of the Community Project Program for the academic year 2022-2023 in collaboration with Luong Van Can Fund. We are optimistic that through this LVCF initiative, students have not only gained invaluable experiences but also fostered a deeper sense of empathy for the well-being of their own community.
