On December 6, Luong Van Can Fund organized a company visit program to KIS Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City for students from  Luong Van Can Fund and VietHope Scholarship Fund.

Under the enthusiastic guidance of Mr. Huynh Thai Trinh – the Branch Director of Pham Ngoc Thach, students were introduced to the formation and vision of KIS Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company as well as the essential operations in a securities company. Mr. Thai Trinh emphasized that to become a leading brand in the field of finance and securities in the Vietnamese market, the company highly values human resources in addition to capital. Next, he introduced the company’s 15 departments, thereby providing  students with an analysis of the diversity of operations in a securities company and the differences in each department’s work. He underscored the importance of identifying one’s favorite job and profession to focus on accumulating relevant knowledge and experience.

After the company introduction, Mr. Thái Trinh shared valuable insights into personal and financial management starting from even the smallest amount of money. The experiences and lessons learned from investing such small amounts will be of great value in the future. Subsequently, Mr. Thái Trinh addressed students’ inquiries about KIS company, the different departments in a securities company, and his career path. The visit to KIS Vietnam Securities Company provides students with a fresh and practical perspective while also adding motivation for those actively preparing for their future careers.
