On the morning of Thursday, April 13, 2023, Luong Van Can Fund organized a visit to the office of BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (BWID) to provide students with insights into the company’s culture and operations.

The company visit aimed to give students an overview of the industrial real estate industry and shed light on the potential career opportunities available in this field. The students were pleasantly surprised to discover that BWID holds the largest market share in Vietnam’s industrial real estate market, boasting rental factories spread across the country. The visit was made even more engaging with the enthusiastic sharing from Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Hao, Head of Legal, and Mr. Phan Hoang Tuan, Senior Investment Manager. The Marketing and other departments within the company also extended their support, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged students to confidently ask questions related to the company and the job market in the real estate industry.

The representatives of BWID generously devoted their time to sharing valuable insights and answering each student’s questions regarding career development mindset, personal growth path, and the road to success. This provided the students with invaluable lessons and guidance for their future endeavors.
