On the morning of April 9th, the Luong Van Can Talent Support Fund organized the HR Talk program: What’s enjoyable about office life? for the LVCF members. As part of the program, student participants had the opportunity to meet and listen to the sharing session by Ms. Vuong Thi Truc Phuong, currently working as a Human Resource Recruiter at Sanyu Consultants Inc., JICA.

Through the program, students had the chance to hear Ms. Truc Phuong’s insights on the realities of office life and the important factors that fresh graduates should consider when embarking on their careers. With her 15 years of experience in human resources and management, Ms. Phuong provided valuable perspectives on the challenges they would face and how to develop the appropriate mindset and attitude for their future jobs. 

The Luong Van Can Talent Support Fund sincerely appreciates Ms. Phuong for her active support on our educational journey. We hope to have further opportunities to receive support from Ms. Truc Phuong and other individuals who share the common goal of assisting future generations of Vietnamese students.
