On 14/11, 21/11 và 28/11, BoM of Luong Van Can Fund organized the course “Listening to the story of emotions”. Students gained exposure to scientific terms to understand the mechanism of emotions; immersed themselves into a non-judgemental environment; reflected on what they should change to reach a balancing inner.

The content of each session helped students navigate themselves in the journey of understanding their emotion.

At the start of the first session, students discussed and practiced basic activities pertaining to emotions, under the instruction of Ms Tuong Vy. Ms Cat Phuong then presented the class rules and the fundamental role of emotions. Ms Cat Phuong defined “Mindfulness” and its benefits when students practice “Mindfulness” lessons every day. It was a chance for students to look deeply into their emotions and share thoughts inh others to understand each other clearly.

In subsequent sessions, students were more open to sharing their thoughts and emotions. Many questions were posed, including “How can I untie the tangled negative emotions?” or “How can I listen to the voice of my emotions?” Ms Cat Phuong and Ms Tuong Vy listened attentively to all stories and shared insights on how to transform emotions through narratives, sounds and vivid videos. By applying these methods, students could approach issues from multiple perspectives and allow themselves to embrace their needs, behaviours, thoughts, and emotions.
