On Thursday afternoon, April 20, 2023, students from Luong Van Can Fund and Viethope Foundation visited the Pepsico Factory at Amata Industrial Park, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. This factory tour marked the 4th company visit of the academic year 2022-2023, organized by Luong Van Can Fund. The purpose of this visit was to provide students with a practical insight into the working environment and offer them an opportunity to learn the key factors that contribute to a successful business. 

During the visit, the representatives of the factory management board shared insights into the core values of Suntory PepsiCo and provided information about the operations at the Dong Nai factory. The students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Hoang Le Quan, the Factory Director, who sincerely discussed the importance of human factors. He shared his inspiring 15-year journey with Suntory PepsiCo at the Dong Nai factory. Additionally, Mr. Quan highlighted the company’s achievements and its involvement in community activities in Vietnam.

The students also had the chance to meet Mr. Tan, who provided a brief history of the establishment of the Dong Nai factory and some essential points to note before touring the facility. They were then presented with information about the factory’s operational processes, the production lines, the products available on the market, and the advanced technologies used in beverage production. This presentation helped the students gain a deeper understanding of hot filling and cold filling processing technology and the beverage creation process. The factory’s adherence to industry-specific standards and safety principles, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety of its workers, was also emphasized.
