Luong Van Can Fund organized the "Critical Thinking" training session

In the modern era of globalization, students need to equip themselves with essential skills for integration. Besides language ability, praticicing soft skills and training their mind are of paramount importance for a future global citizen. Understanding the value of those skills, on 20/01/2018 Luong Van Can Fund (LVCF) organized the “Critical Thinking” training session for its students at John Von Neuman Institute, Quarter 6, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District. The speaker was Prof. Pham Quoc Loc – Former Vice President of Hoa Sen University.

With his smart and witty presentation, the speaker introduced the definition of the critical thinking to students and guided them to build critical thinking habits on a daily basis. The meeting took place in a warm and enjoyable environment. The students had opportunities to listen to the sharing of the speaker, play games as well as practice problem analysis before making claims. The knowledge from the training session would help students develop multiple perspectives and objective mindset.

The training session was one of LVCF’s frequent activities aiming at sharpening the attitude, skills and knowledge for the scholarship recipients besides providing financial assistance through annual scholarships.
