Monday, 16 April 2018

In the modern life, time management skill has become more and more essential for everyone, especially for university students who lack experience in organizing things effectively. To fulfil this aspiration, Luong Van Can Fund conducted the “Time Management And Work Organizing” Training Session for the scholarship recipients on April 14, 2018 at Norfolk Hotel. The program was hosted by Ms. Huynh Thi Thiet - Master of Psychology, lecturer at the faculty of Business Administration, Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics.

Throughout the training session, the speaker focused on the major causes leading to uneffective working arrangements. After categorizing personality traits, Luong Van Can students realized that there was a close relation between psychological feature, character and time management habit. Balancing time for work and life not only requires a scientific schedule but also depends on one’s motivation and persistence. By giving real examples from students’ daily life, the lecturer gently incorporated knowledge into reality in a humorous and exciting way. The program occurred with much appreciated interaction and interesting practice exercises.

This is one of the monthly activities organised by LVCF, with a view to facilitating the students with knowledge, attitudes and skills to partake in the future competitive job market.
